Elody teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, certifications she acquired after over 500 hours of training in the birthplace of yoga, India.
She later undergoes meditation training in Goa, also in India, and hones her yoga skills in California to incorporate a "trauma-informed yoga" approach.
She has been dedicated to teaching yoga since 2017.

Elody is truly passionate about the body and its dynamism.
In addition to yoga, she takes Shaolin kung fu classes to further integrate various techniques of physical conditioning, breathing, and meditation.
Moreover, she also participates in "movement classes" inspired by "animal flow" and "movement culture," connecting cognitive exercises with movement practice.
Her understanding of human biomechanics is in constant development through hands-on experience that explores various angles.
Her teaching methods vary between Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Slow Flow, and Yin yoga. She always begins and ends a yoga session with a short meditation, and she may sometimes incorporate principles found in martial arts into her teaching.
Always with a practical perspective on yoga, focused on connecting with oneself and the body, her classes are filled with accessible treasures for all levels and ages.
