Stéphanie received training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar yoga, as well as Restorative yoga, at Modo Yoga Montreal.
She has been teaching yoga since 2015.

Stéphanie was a professional contemporary dancer for 10 years and developed a deep passion for conveying her expertise through the teaching of intuitive movement.
In her daily life, she engages in multiple disciplines that require a strong coordination of body and mind, such as yoga. Dance, which holds a special place in her heart, and rock climbing are also part of her routine, providing a grounded connection with the body while connecting with nature.
Stéphanie emphasizes in her yoga teaching that it is a practice encompassing all aspects of being—a powerful tool to unite every part of ourselves, be it physical, emotional, or mental.
You can expect from her a necessary rigor for a serious practice, coexisting with the essential gentleness to facilitate a state of receptivity and alignment with the aspects of the self that require subtle listening and alignment.
Her holistic approach makes no compromises: the individual practicing yoga is a complete being, not just a body. They must respect themselves, discover their own strengths and weaknesses with compassion, and have fun during the process!
