Audrey completed a 200-hour teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in 2024. Although she is at the beginning of her teaching journey, she brings nearly a decade of dedicated personal practice. She continues to grow through workshops, practicing with different teachers, and remaining a lifelong student of yoga.
Yoga came into Audrey’s life at a time when she needed to slow down. It was the one place where her mind finally became quiet. After nearly ten years of personal practice, she chose to share this passion by becoming a teacher. Curious and passionate, she continues to enrich her teaching through her travels, where she discovers new studios and practices with teachers from different cultures. Strength training, personal development, and everything related to compassion and self-awareness also shape and inspire her approach to teaching.
Audrey’s teaching is precise, accessible, and guided by the breath. She places great importance on alignment, both to enhance the practice and to prevent compensations or injuries. Each class begins with a few minutes of pranayama, followed by movements synchronized with the breath to create a fluid rhythm and a sense of collective energy. She offers mindful hands-on adjustments and provides different variations so that everyone can practice according to their level, energy, and needs in the moment. Her philosophy: "Practice, and all is coming." (Pattabhi Jois), a reminder that consistency transforms both the body and the mind.
