A yoga teacher since 2018, Alexandra Graveline shares a practice that has profoundly transformed her life. A mother, communications professional, and outdoor enthusiast, she draws inspiration from the elements and the cycles of nature. Motherhood has deepened her sensitivity and nurtures the warmth and authenticity she brings to her classes.
Alexandra offers an inclusive and compassionate approach to yoga, inviting everyone to honour their own pace, body, and needs, without comparison or judgment. Whether guiding a gentle or vigorous practice, she combines fluid, accessible sequences with variations, props, and thoughtfully curated playlists, always with a touch of humour.
Movement, breathwork, and meditation come together in her classes to support physical well-being and mental clarity. Guided by the philosophy “We Are One,” Alexandra creates a space for connection with ourselves and others, where everyone can feel welcomed, supported, and fully at home.
