You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. However, guests who cancel or reschedule their appointment within less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved session's rate. Yes. It is crucial for the organization of our space to know if you cannot attend the class for which you were previously registered. You can do so via the mobile app, through the chat, or by phone. Cancellation policy: We request a minimum of 2 hours' notice for cancellations. We allow three free chances per year, after which late cancellations and no-shows will be automatically deducted from your single-session packages or charged to your credit card, whether you are subscribed or not.

Yes. While it is possible to attend a class without a reservation, it is strongly recommended, especially on your first visit. This ensures that there is an available spot at the time of your arrival. If all the spots are reserved, unfortunately, you won't be able to participate, as we need to prioritize access for those who have taken the time to book. Yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy, but be sure to inform your instructor that you are pregnant. Avoid twists, inversions, pranayama practice, poses that strengthen the abdominal muscles, and lying on your stomach. Keep in mind that balance poses may become more challenging as your pregnancy progresses, so use a wall or blocks to maintain balance and stay in the pose for a longer duration. Drink enough water and take breaks to use the restroom as needed.

It is always appropriate to speak to the instructor about any existing physical condition and your concerns regarding them. Yoga benefits many people with chronic pain by helping the body restore its balance between strength and flexibility, movement, and awareness. If you are under the supervision of a doctor for an acute situation, please make sure to discuss the possibility of taking yoga classes with them.

It is advisable to arrive at class well-hydrated and drink plenty of water after the yoga session. In most yoga traditions, it is not recommended to drink water during the class. Try not to eat a full meal at least three hours before the class.

We suggest wearing sportswear that allows the instructor to have a good idea of your body's alignment while being comfortable. As the room is approximately 31°C, we recommend quick-drying clothes that do not restrict your movements.

Yes, we can rent you a mat for a class. Please ask the person at the front desk before your class. There is a fee of $3 + taxes for the rental. Please clean it at the end of the class using the products provided in the room and return it to the front desk. Thank you.

Yes. You can put a hold (one time only) on your subscription by calling us or contacting us through the chat. The hold has a maximum duration of 1 month.

You will find all the necessary information in the Packages and Memberships section.

Bring water to stay hydrated, a yoga mat if you have one, and a towel. We have mats available for rent if you don't have one. You may want to purchase your own mat for reasons of personal hygiene and consistent practice. Do not bring: No technology is allowed inside the hot room, and no bags are allowed. Everything must be left in the locker room. For complete information about class preparation, visit the New Members section.

It's wise to try different classes to get a sense of the yoga style and teachers that suit you. Flow and Power Flow classes tend to be more demanding in terms of pace, while Yin and Hatha classes will be slower, giving you time for breaks and to observe the postures as needed.

Yoga is a practice open to a wide range of people, regardless of age, fitness level, or prior experience. At our studio, the minimum age for participating in our yoga classes is 14 years, meaning teenagers and adults can benefit from the advantages of yoga in our space. There are different styles and levels of yoga, allowing a diverse audience to find an approach that suits them. However, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting a new yoga practice, especially if you have underlying health issues or specific concerns. Ultimately, yoga is accessible to most people and can be adapted to meet individual needs.

With regular practice, you will notice that your body becomes stronger and more flexible, you will feel more grounded and adopt better posture. On a mental level, you will experience improved concentration, the ability to stay calm, and maintain relaxed breathing.

It is incorrect to think that you need to be flexible or strong to practice yoga. We work on multiple levels, including the body, breath, and mind in each class. You will find that you become more flexible and stronger as you continue to practice yoga.

Yoga is an ancient holistic practice with its roots in India. It encompasses a set of techniques aimed at promoting physical and mental health, using body postures, controlled breathing, meditation, and concentration. This discipline seeks to establish harmony between the body, mind, and soul, while enhancing flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Yoga has evolved over the centuries to become a popular method for stress management, improving physical fitness, and seeking inner peace.
