Experience and training

Jessica completed three years of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto, including in-depth clinical training, and has been a licensed acupuncturist in Québec since 2024. Her practice draws heavily on Dr. Tan's Balance Method. She also completed a six-month internship at a palliative care home, an experience that deeply shaped how she sees care and why she puts so much weight on presence, listening and respect for each person. She continues to study tai chi and Chinese philosophy, which keep feeding her practice every day.

Methods and techniques

Jessica's practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a particular affinity for Dr. Tan's Balance Method. This systemic approach treats the body as a whole and uses acupuncture points far from where the symptoms are. She supports people dealing with pain, stress, digestive issues or hormonal imbalances, always paying close attention to the connection between body and emotions.

Therapeutic approach

Jessica's approach is gentle and caring, and it looks at the whole person. Each session starts with a conversation about symptoms, lifestyle and goals, so she can adjust the choice of points and the intensity and pace of the treatment. For her, good care isn't only about technique. It also depends on the quality of the relationship, listening without judgment, and a calm space where people can slow down and reconnect with themselves.
