Miguel holds training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, which he obtained at Trimurti Yoga in India in 2019.
He also holds a professional degree in contemporary dance from Cégep de Drummondville and the Toronto Dance Theatre.
Today, he dedicates himself to teaching yoga, a practice he has been sharing since 2019.

Miguel has a fascination for movement, especially when it involves a deep connection between the mind and the body.
Apart from expressing this connection through yoga, he manifests it in dance, singing, and composing music. Art and creativity, like yoga, are also forms of self-expression for him, where challenges such as self-listening and self-acceptance come together.
Miguel incorporates Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga into his classes, along with principles from intuitive movement, Pilates, and even classical ballet.
His approach will lead you to experience the present moment and initiate a process of breaking down barriers that hinder it (physically, psychologically, and spiritually).
With great gentleness, an open mind, and a deeply rooted empathy, he will encourage you to slow down to better access a dynamism that resonates with your core, which is fundamental when it comes to letting go of what burdens us.
