Driven by the desire to share this rich and powerful discipline, she aims to integrate yoga teaching into retreats focused on well-being and community. She also wishes to create programs tailored to the phases of the female cycle, thus normalizing yoga practice in wellness events.
Marianne emphasizes inclusion and self-acceptance. She adapts postures for all levels, offering moments of self-exploration while providing precise instructions to ensure safety. She incorporates meditation and breathing (pranayama) into her classes to encourage the release of mental and physical tensions.
