A few words about Laurie-Jade Rochon

Laurie-Jade Rochon began her yoga journey in June 2022, after initially exploring the discipline physically and then spiritually. Her passion for teaching stems from a deep desire to share this transformation with others. She believes that learning on the mat is a metaphor for life and aspires to inspire her students to become agents of positive change in their community.

Pedagogical approach

Laurie-Jade advocates for creativity and exploration in her classes. She enjoys diversifying routines, integrating sun salutations as landmarks before exploring creative variations. Her pedagogy includes breathing and meditation practices, adapted according to the day and the group's energy. She strives to make her classes accessible to everyone by offering variations and using props.
