Géraldine has completed a teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, followed by certifications in Yin yoga and Restorative yoga. She received her training at the Yoga Club de Montréal.
She has been practicing yoga for over five years and teaching since 2022.

Teaching yoga is a blessing for Géraldine, a gift she gives to herself and wishes to share its abundant fruits.
In her daily life, she practices aerial hoop, a discipline where the strength and flexibility cultivated through yoga are highly beneficial. She recommends listening within to what seeks expression or manifestation in your daily life and using the strengths and qualities developed through yoga in conjunction with your other activities.
Géraldine emphasizes in her teaching that there isn't a single way to practice yoga and that the mindset as well as self-listening are crucial aspects of learning.
She will employ various methods to introduce you to different aspects of the practice, such as pranayamas (breathing exercises), progressive sequences leading to a 'peak' posture, and discussions aligned with the proposed asanas (postures).
She aims to take you on a journey through your entire body (joints, muscles, nerve zones) and through a variety of movement types (flow, yin, etc.), encouraging you to integrate yoga into your daily ritual.
